READ THIS before you register
To register with this forum you need to do 2 things.
Step 1) Send an email with the detail outlined below to Trevor Shepherd,
address at TSD-nwsk@mybtinternet.com
In the email please provide a brief summary of your sea kayaking skills and experience. I.e. places you’ve paddled, wind strength, sea conditions, launching and landing in surf conditions, rolling ability and multiday trips if any, and also approx BCU equivalent star award and number of years experience. Individuals who wish to find out more about the group are very welcome to visit the website: http://www.nwsk.org.uk , or just email me at the above address or Jim whose contact email can be found on the http://www.nwsk.org.uk contact page.
If you are a beginner then we might suggest that you go on a course first.
The reason we ask for the information requested above is provided in this post, to read it just click on the post title above (READ THIS before you register)
Step 2) Click on the “Register” link at the top of this page and complete the relevant parts.
Please choose a username that fits your character or one that others can easily link to you. Naming rules of “middle earth” or Viking warriors go down well. Then after submitting the form you should receive notification within 2 or 3 days. Usernames can be changed later on request.
As soon as you are granted access you will be able to get edit your profile, please include the 'location' and also your full name in the 'signature' box in addition to your signature text. Avatars are welcome, if you have trouble with the avatar then please contact myself or Chris Bolton - 1 Topics
